How to Cancel/Deactivate auto-renewal of Etisalat Data Subscription [Data Plan | internet]

Hello Friend,

Just imagine how it feels for your airtime (credit) to be deducted from your phone without your consent.
I noticed that after subscribing to a data plan on etisalat network, it automatically renews after expiry.

To be candid, this very feature hasn't been easy with me at all. Apart from me being a student, I can't
really keep up with my data bundle auto-renewing itself. It gives me no room for saving.
This has been going on for a while now and, I didn't know how to go about it (maybe i was just too lazy to do something about it) until someone whom I knew very well was also passing through this same experience as I was.

We then put our heads together and sought for a way to put this inconvenience to a stop.
If you are also passing through this same problem as we had, stop it by Dialing *229*0# or Text Stop to 229.
