Airtel Nigeria one of the leading telecommunications network in Nigeria has been having technical problems with their customer services lately.
The company recently introduced a new medium of customer service which now allows customers to lodge their complaints and suggestion on how to make Airtel better via Text Messaging (SMS).
So, if you're an Airtel subscriber, you can send your complaints and suggestions in a SMS to 38885 for free.
Or you can also dial their customer care 111 or 121 (faulty at the moment).
Or you can visit www.selfcare.ng.airtel.com to log your complaints.

ReplyDeleteI could hardly browse on it since i have subscribed for a month 13th June 2012 *BCM* what really happen with the network, notwithstanding, some of my guyz using the same network with me were able to browse freely without prob. my money is reading (wasting) likewise, the data also, pls help do somethings before its late. you guyz aren't treating me well since a year ago now, why?
Please I am not happy with your internet bundle procedure.Airtel has a very unique customer care service, but your internet service should not be like a herbalist that does not have any antidote. I was told I used a wrong key to bundle and nothing can be done to reverse it. That looks like one going to a herbalist.pls change for change is the only thing that is constant. I cannot recharge #5000 to bundle 750 mb twice instead of having 4G + I now had 1.7.It's too bad and it is not the 1st time.

pleases help me ratify the problem with my Airtel number 08026163428. i can't call or send sms since two weeks ago ,is telling me to check operators services. i called customer care for over 30 minutes but but nobody picked it.
