How To Add Your Website To Google Search (Googlebot)

As a webmaster or website owner, you must get your site indexed so that it can be crawled into by searchbots.

By doing this, you will get traffic from Google Search when people search the web for related things to what you have on your site.

It is best to manually add your site to search engines instead of giving out your url to web sites that promise to add it for you autom
atically.

To get your web site or blog indexed on Googlebot
visit www.google.com/addurl

STEPS

1. Enter your site full URL e.g http://www.google.com

2. You can add keywords or comments that describe the content of your page.

3. Enter the security word (captcha) in the provided box (this helps Google to differentiate if your URL was added manually or added by an automated program).

4. Click "add url" to submit your site

Please Note: Your site will not be added immediately to Google Search.
You will have to wait for about a week before Googlebots start crawling into your site.
